The Sistine Chapel's is probably the most famous out of all of them, it has a ceiling painted by Michelangelo. Further up the frescoes on the side walls were painted by Botticelli, Roselli, Signorelli, della Gatta and other great artist. The wall towards the altar has Michelangelo's Last Supper.
